自分の粗いアクセス属性と記録結果、次に取得できるデータのURLが返ります。IPや元のUser-Agentはデータセットに保存しません。

2. Download accumulated knowledge

The snapshot includes total observations, 24-hour distributions, all-time country/client-family totals, daily counts and observed attribute combinations.

3. Fetch only when the snapshot changes

集計は毎時確認します。変更がなければHTTP 304を返します。通常の取得間隔は1時間程度が目安です。短時間の過剰な連打には429とRetry-Afterを返します。
